Pricing Disclaimer
We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing on our website. In the event of a technical error, obvious pricing error, or discrepancy, AWF Interiors reserves the right to correct the price, cancel an order, or make necessary adjustments. Customers will be notified promptly if an issue arises.
Financing Policy – Affirm & Synchrony
AWF Interiors offers financing through trusted third party providers, including Affirm and Synchrony Financial.
All financing terms, approvals, interest rates, and repayment schedules are determined directly by the provider. AWF Interiors does not control credit decisions or loan structures. By selecting financing, the customer enters into an agreement with that provider and must work with them regarding payments, balances, or disputes.
Return Policy
Return requests may be considered within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
Items must be new, unused, and in original condition. Items showing wear, damage, misuse, or odors including smoke or pets will not be accepted.
All returns require inspection and approval at the sole discretion of AWF Interiors.
Approved returns are refunded for the cost of the merchandise and applicable tax.
A 25 percent restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Delivery and service charges are non refundable.
If merchandise was delivered, or a delivery attempt was made, a minimum labor and fuel trip charge of up to $100 may apply. This transportation charge is separate from and in addition to the restocking fee.
If the customer picked up the merchandise, return transportation to the store is the responsibility of the customer unless pickup service is purchased.
Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after return and approval.
AWF Interiors does not provide rentals. Purchases made for events or short term use are not eligible for return.
Non Returnable Merchandise
The following items are final sale unless delivered with documented damage or proven defective under manufacturer warranty:
• mattresses
• box springs
• adjustable foundations
• bedding
• clearance items
• discontinued merchandise
• floor models
• special order items
• custom products
Direct Ship Items
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refused shipments are treated as returns and will incur applicable fees.
Delivery Policy, Free Local Driveway Delivery
Free Local Driveway Delivery is available within 20 miles of our showroom on all purchases.
This service includes delivery to the driveway or curb with safe, ground level access.
Driveway delivery does not include entry into the home, room placement, assembly, packaging removal, or moving existing furniture.
If stairs, long carries, elevators, or restricted access are present, additional charges or service adjustments may be required.
White Glove Delivery and Assembly is available for an additional fee. This includes placement in the room of choice, basic assembly, and removal of packaging.
White Glove service is available up to 50 miles.
We do not move existing furniture or perform wall mounting.
Delivery schedules may be adjusted due to routing, access, labor availability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
