Financing Policy – Affirm & Synchrony
AWF Interiors is proud to offer financing options through our trusted third-party providers: Affirm, Shopify, and Synchrony Financial.
Please note:
All financing terms, approvals, interest rates, and repayment schedules are managed directly by the financing provider you choose.
AWF Interiors does not control credit decisions, loan structures, or promotional terms.
By selecting Affirm or Synchrony at checkout or in-store, you are entering into a financing agreement directly with that provider, and their terms and conditions will apply.
Any questions regarding payments, account status, interest charges, or loan servicing should be directed to Affirm or Synchrony Customer Support.
Return Policy
Standard Furniture Items
We will consider returns for 7 days with no guarantee of return (excluding mattresses, box springs, and adjustable foundations).
Items must be in new, unused condition.
Refunds include the cost of furniture and tax; delivery fees are non-refundable. For products shipped under the "Free Local Driveway Delivery" Program, a trip charge of up to $100 may be applied, in addition to a 25% restocking fee.
A 25% restocking fee will apply.
We will inspect the item in your home before accepting the return.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, odor (e.g., smoke, pets), or misuse will not be accepted.
Local pickup may incur a charge of $100 per return.
Please allow 7–10 business days for any refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Important: We do not offer furniture rentals. Purchases made for one-time events (e.g., parties, the big game) are not returnable for this reason.
Mattresses and Foundations
Mattresses, box springs, and adjustable foundations are non-returnable unless delivered damaged or later found defective.
Report any damage immediately upon delivery.
Defects discovered more than 72 hours after delivery may be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty (see product details).
Clearance, Discontinued, and Floor Models
All sales are final for clearance items, floor models, and discontinued merchandise.
Returns are not accepted unless the item is delivered damaged.
Please inspect these products carefully before purchase or upon delivery.
Return Requirements
Returned items must be:
New/unused, and
Accompanied by all parts, hardware, and packaging.
Items returned without original packaging may be subject to damage-related deductions or denial of refund.
Delivery Policy
Shipping & Delivery: We offer convenient and affordable delivery options to make your furniture shopping experience as easy as possible. Local Driveway delivery is free up to 10 Miles. Please note that free driveway delivery is limited to ground-level, no-stair access.
Additional arrangements may be required for staircases, tight entries, or complex drop-offs. If you'd prefer a hands-free setup, we offer White Glove Delivery & Assembly. Call for pricing. This premium service includes in-home placement, basic assembly of items such as sofas, beds, and dining tables, as well as the removal of all packaging materials. White Glove delivery is available within our standard delivery radius of up to 50 miles. We do not move existing furniture or perform wall mounting. Currently, we do not deliver beyond 50 miles. We may be unable to make your delivery or assembly due to labor shortages or other unforeseen circumstances.
