If you are using our Free Driveway Delivery and want your old furniture removed: please place your old furniture outside or in the garage before our arrival. Our driveway delivery team does not enter the home.

Important: White Glove Delivery must be scheduled in advance. We use separate delivery crews for driveway and white glove services. This upgrade cannot be added on the day of delivery and must be scheduled at the time of purchase.

Helpful Tip: If you'd like to vacuum or clean the floor before the new piece is placed, please do so immediately after we remove the old furniture. Our team will begin assembling or placing the new item as soon as the area is ready.

Your health and safety matter. To ensure yournew furniture stays clean and uncontaminated, we follow strict procedures when removing old items:

• Old furniture is sometimes wrapped in protective plastic before loading. We will determine this need upon review. 
  
• If the item is in poor or unstable condition, we may dispatch a dedicated disposal vehicle directly to your home.
  
• We do not remove furniture with visible biohazards, including blood, bodily fluids, pest infestations, or severe mold. These must be handled by certified disposal services.
